This package consists of medium portions and all meals consist of 1 cup of carbs (6oz of protein in each meal) of lunch & dinner from Monday to Friday a total of 10 meals.
All the meals are fully prepared. Just heat and eat! Punch through your workout with meals high in quality ingredients to get you to your goal.
Each meal is designed on approximately 450-600 calories.
